This month’s event is a special one!
Because it’s our first 2020 event, we wanted to do something different.
While plogging is the action of running and picking up litter, we have always been bummed on not being able to reach those hotspots along the river. So, a kayaking edition has always been on the “To-do List.”
Thanks to one of our wonderful volunteers (Hanna), and the awesome people from Sea Kayak Australia, we can bring you “Let’s go Kayaking for a Greener Yarra”!

Meet up at Sea Kayak Australia
12 Turner St, Abbotsford VIC 3067
07:20 am (please be punctual, as you will need your gear fitted)
All gear and trash bags will be provided.
Please bring clothes suitable for kayaking or a change of clothes + towel in case you get a bit wet.
We will be kayaking for about 1 hour, to then gather our litter findings, weight it, and record our experience.
