All residents are encouraged to report issues with trees, pavement problems, graffiti, dumped rubbish, broken streetlights, trolleys, water faults or any areas of concern in the local community via the application.

1. Open the App

2. Start a New Report

3. Snap a photo

4. Confirm your location (the app uses GPS to locate the user)

5. Confirm the incident type

6. Press send
